Michael Maletteri joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 1995 as a Financial Representative in the Voorhees, New Jersey District Office. After nine months of production, Michael transferred to the Allentown, PA Office where he continued in personal sales until August of 1997. At that point, he transferred into management as a Field Director, where he helped recruit, train and mentor new Financial Representatives with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. On February 1, 2000, Michael was appointed Managing Director in Lancaster, PA where he currently leads an office with over 12 full-time Financial Representatives. 

Michael Maletteri uses a personal planning analysis to deliver a comprehensive plan that integrates a wide spectrum of survivor income, retirement, and asset allocation needs.
Michael helps people:
Identify both short and longer-term goals for you and your family
Develop a comprehensive plan that addresses a wide spectrum of needs, including asset allocation, disability income, education funding, estate planning, long-term care, retirement planning, and survivor income.

Michael is an active member in the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and The Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. In March of 2007, Michael earned the Chartered Financial Consultant, ChFC, designation and in July 2007, he earned the Certified Financial Planner, CFP, certification.
